You are responsible for scheduling your services within the required time frame. Certain periods may be fairly busy so we recommend booking your services in advance.
The discount is only valid within the specified timeframe after the purchase date of the bike. You will receive a physical document on purchase of your bike with these details. You must keep the physical document to qualify for your service plan.
