How it works
Renting a bike travel bag
Renting a bag from us is simple. Here's how it all works.
Step 1 - Booking
Use our booking widget to pick a collection date and time.
The bag is super easy to use but if you require us to pack your bike into the bag, please Contact Us.
Step 2 - Collection
On your scheduled date, you must come collect your bike bag. Unless arranged otherwise, we will not be packaging your bike into the bag - this is your responsibility.
You must bring your driver's license as well as a bank card with your name on it.
Step 3 - Use
We highly recommend following this How To Video on how to pack your bike safely using the Evoc Road Bike Bag Pro.
Step 4 - Return
At or before your scheduled return date, you must return the bag to our shop. Please contact us in advance if you have reason to believe you may be late.
Additional Notes
On Collection
- We will store a picture of your driver's license.
- We will confirm the name on your bank card matches your driver's license.
- We will pre-authorise your card for $200.

Any questions or concerns?
What happens if my rental item gets damaged or stolen?
You (the hirer) are responsible for returning the product in the same condition as you received it, aside from reasonable wear and tear. Read our Waiver Terms for more info.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can freely cancel your reservation as long as you give more than 48hours notice. For more details on cancellation and rescheduling, please read our Cancellation Policy.
What happens if I'm late to return the item?
In the case of a late return, we charge a late fee. This fee is variable based on the cost of the rental item, how late the return was, and if it impact other hirers. Please read our Waiver Terms for more info.
The item I want isn't available to rent
Please contact us. We may have items that will soon be available for rental but are currently checked out.
