The Merida Matts 7.60 Womens Hardtail MTB is a nice looking bike without being overly feminine. It is designed for those bold women who wish to explore some cross country single-track trails. The 2x9 Shimano gears will boost you up the rocky ascents and the hydraulic disc brakes will give smooth control on the descents. It has a good quality Rock Shox Judy coil front fork, which is strong and will handle the trails with ease. This bike is also very versatile. It can ride well on the bike paths and road too. The 2x9 gears assist with rolling forward on the road, still giving decent top speed, and the lock out on the shock will come in handy when you want to reduce movement on the front fork enabling the bike to be more energy efficient on the bitumen. The 27.5" wheels are nimble and playful on the trails.
