This ride is run by Tony Veale. The meeting point is outside Peppermint Green Coffee Shop on Winton Road in Joondalup.
The time may vary but generally from Dec-Apr they meet at 7.30am and from May-Nov they meet at 8am. The distance is around 30km. It is a no-drop ride and the average speed is from 25 – 28km/hr.
The plan is to have a coffee at Peppermint Green after the ride. Tony will publish the route and details on the Bike Force Joondalup Riding Group in Facebook and his post will appear on a Thursday. Sometimes he will change the day to Thursday if the weather looks bad on Friday.

This ride is run by Darren Matchett and involves hill repeats to improve fitness and speed. It is a great session for people who would like to move into a faster group. The meeting point is outside the HBF Arena in Joondalup. They meet at 5.30am sharp and the session runs for one hour, so that folks can get to work on time.
The distance is around 30km, and because it is normally a lap, or two different laps, the speed varies according to distance. The group may get split up, but it does regroup at the end for a photo. This is posted every week on our Bike Force Joondalup Riding Group on Tuesdays.

Can I run my own rides?
We like to encourage our riders to post group rides that they organize on our Bike Force Joondalup Riding Group, as long as it does not clash with our shop rides and as long as it is not a competitor of our store
