Warranty Info:

Farsports offer a 3 year warranty for the branded product series. They will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge if defects were found within 3 months. You will only need to pay the shipping cost if the def the defects were found after 3 months and within 24 months. They will still deal with the after-sale cases with a reasonable charge.

The following improper uses will void your warranty:

• Crashes and accidents (Farsports have crash policy with 35% off for getting a new rim)
• Misuse (off-road riding, jumping, trick riding, Cyclocross etc)
• Modification of wheels or improper assembly
• Tyre pressure exceeding 130psi for road and 65psi for MTB
• Improper follow-up maintenance or maintenance by an unauthorised technician
