The P Zero Race Tyres are made in Pirelli and manufactured in our renewed plant of Bollate, just a few kilometres from Pirelli’s global R&D Labs and Headquarter, in Milan. The historic facility, inaugurated in 1962, hosts the production of Pirelli Cycling's top-of-the-line products.

P ZERO™ Race TLR RS is the new high-performance racing tyre and the first with FSC™ certified natural rubber used in Pro competitions. Made in Italy at our new Milan facility, it is the fastest and most gripping tyre ever created by Pirelli, thanks to development and testing conducted with our Pro-team and R&D.

The P ZERO™ Race TLR RS has been designed from our R&D department starting from experience and direct requests of our World Tour athletes, ensuring a perfect match to their need of performance for the race day. Advanced technologyfor our fastest P ZERO™ to date.

The new SmartEVO² represents the latest advancement in our high-performance racing bicycle tyre compound, enhanced by incorporating our Motorsport expertise at the highest level and the needs of modern World Tour racing. It evolves from the SmartEVO blend of three polymers with 'smart' characteristics, utilizing new materials and innovative mixing processes, now possible at our own manufacturing plant in Italy located just close to our R&D global headquarter. This results in improved overall grip, especially on wet surfaces, and a reduced rolling resistance to record level for its category, elevating both performances and handling feelings to what the fastest World Tour racers in the world demand.

SpeedCORE™ is an innovative tubeless-ready construction developed by Pirelli (Patent Pending) for our high-performance cycling tyres, representing our most advanced TLR technology to date. Derived from Pirelli automotive know-how and made possible by our newest production plant in Italy, nearby our Headquarter in Milan, SpeedCORE™ construction consists of a thin air-tight layer of rubber compound infused of aramid particles. This layer covers the internal part of the tyre and thanks to the presence of the aramid into the rubber blend, it allows for better mechanical resistance, improved air retention and overall greater flexibility: all contributing to the tyre's overall performance
