The Shimano PD-ES600 SPD Pedals are ideal for riding onroad or even on gravel and for touring. They are light with a wide platform to enhance power transfer from your shoes through the pedals. They have a low profile single-sided SPD design and are compatible with recessed cleat SPD shoes so that you can walk around the coffee shop easily after the ride. The pedal tension is adjustable.
