The Shimano RC100 Shoes are specifically designed for women. They have a nice, glove-like, comfortable fit with a stiff sole. They are compatible with SPD-SL cleats to enhance your pedalling efficiency. The upper part of the shoe is made from perforated synthetic leather which allows airflow to your feet to keep you cool on the long, hot rides. It has three velcro straps to keep your feet stable and aid pedalling efficiency. The wide heel pads give good grip and stability when you are walking around the coffee shop after the ride.
