The Topeak X-15 Twist Bottle Cage adapter fits between the cage and frame. It allows you to twist the bottle cage sideways so that you can easily remove your bottle off your bike, and replace it back in the bottle cage. Especially for small frames where there isn't a lot of room to squeeze a bottle into a standard bottle cage. It works with most water bottle cages. It is super useful!
